Bu ara?t?rmada ö?retmenlerin dijital yeterliklerinin çe?itli de?i?kenler aç?s?ndan incelenmesi ve söz konusu yeterliklere yönelik bireysel gereksinimlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanm??t?r. Ara?t?rmada karma ara?t?rma yöntemlerinden yak?nsayan paralel desen kullan?lm??t?r. Ara?t?rman?n nicel boyutunda ili?kisel tarama modeli Dijital gereksinimlerin için ayr?ca ö?retmen görü?leri de al?nm??t?r. Ara?t?rmaya Bat? Karadeniz’de yer alan bir ilde bulunan devlet okullar?nda görev yapan 158 kat?lm??t?r. Ara?t?rma verileri E?itimciler Yeterlikler Ölçe?i E?itimcilerin Yeterliklerine ?li?kin Bireysel Gereksinim Formu ile toplanm??t?r. Elde edilen veriler ba??ms?z örneklemler t Testi tek yönlü ANOVA kullan?larak analiz edilmi?tir. Nitel verilerin çözümlenmesinde ise betimsel sonucunda yeterlik düzeylerine cinsiyet, k?dem, bran?, internet kullan?m süresi Web 2.0 araçlar?n? de?i?kenlerine göre anlaml? farkl?l?klar bulunmu?, e?itim durumlar? de?i?keni farkl?l???n olmad??? görülmü?tür. nitel ö?retmenler gereksinimlerine ili?kin en fazla uygulama pratik eksikli?ine görü? bildirmi?ler, yaz?l?m programlar?n kullan?m? yetersiz olduklar?n? da ifade etmi?lerdir. e?itsel ç?kar?mlara gelecekte yap?lacak çal??malara önerilere verilmi?tir.
